About Us
We’re a team of psychotherapists and marriage & family therapists working with children, teens, adults, couples, families and groups, in person in Nepean and online. We support military, Veterans, first responders and their families.
Sessions are available in English and French. We’re 2SLGBTQIA+ allied and value diversity in our practice, and reduced-fee options are available on request.

Shelley Briscoe-Dimock, our Founder and Clinical Director, a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist, Social Worker, and Registered Marriage & Family Therapist who guides our practice with deep clinical expertise. As a CACFT Approved Supervisor, Mentor, and passionate educator, Shelley empowers both our team of clinicians and our clients to achieve lasting growth and healing.

Director of Veterans Services
Dwight Thompson, a Registered Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisor who specializes in advanced trauma recovery for those who serve. Bringing expertise as a Clinical Traumatologist, Certified First Responder Counsellor, and Certified Bereavement Trauma Specialist, Dwight aids in maintaining the commitment of our clinic to the military community.
