Lilly is completing a Master's degree at St. Paul University’s School of Counselling Psychotherapy and Spirituality, with a concentration in Couple and Family Therapy. In her previous life, she was a midwife, childbirth educator, and early parenting coach. 

Lilly works with individuals, couples, polyamorous partnerships, and families. She offers narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.
Lilly strives to provide counselling that is gender-affirming and inclusive of all identities, sexual orientations, beliefs and spiritual traditions. She places great value on building warm, caring, and collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients. 

Lilly is supervised by Shelley Briscoe-Dimock, PhD., RP, RMFT-SM. ​
