Learning Objectives:
1.  Understand Attachment Theory and its application to the clinical use of the AAI.
2.  Understand the attachment types and how to apply them to your analysis when conducting the AAI.
3.  Learn the concepts of the AAI analysis - including an understanding of how defences work among the ABCD types.
4.  Conducting the assessment:  Do's and Don'ts of the AAI Interview
5.  Understanding the process of AAI analysis - including how to listen to your clients with regards to the state of mind with respect to attachment.

While the course teaches the fundamentals of conducting and analyzing the AAI, the students are strongly suggested to obtain clinical supervision in its use following the course.
